CoolSculpting is the new way to lose excess and unwanted fat. The CoolSculpting doesn’t actually go under the skin to remove the fat but uses a special vacuum head to draw up the skin and fat and gently cools it to near freezing. This kills a large quantity of fat cells under the skin without damaging the skin itself. These dead and dying fat cells go through a process called apoptosis or natural cell death and are eliminated naturally from your body in a matter of weeks. The Initial Consult

The Treatment Day
On the day of your CoolSculpting treatment, the trouble spots of excess fat will be marked and a special protective barrier is placed on your skin and then the CoolSculpting head will be placed on this barrier. The vacuum in the head will draw up the skin and fat between the two cooling plates and then the cooling will start. The skin may feel a little pinched and tugged and then this feeling will diminish as the cooling progresses and the area goes numb. Each treatment takes one hour, and to do both love handles or muffin tops will take two hours.
After your CoolSculpting treatment, the heads will be removed and the area gently massaged until it warms. You may then resume your normal daily activities. Some numbness and tingling for a few hours to a few days is expected.
You will notice a difference at about two to three weeks but the final results will be at about three months. The fat cells are frozen under the skin and naturally eliminated all without surgery or recovery time.
