Centrally located in Southampton, PA and serving Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties, the Kole Plastic Surgery Center Center performs CoolSculpting® for patients desiring plastic surgery.
Freeze The Fat with CoolSculpting®: Permanent fat removal with no incisions, no needles, no pain, no anesthesia, and no recovery time (no kidding)
Say goodbye to your “muffin top” and “love handles,” your “saddlebags” and “man boobs” and other bulges of unwanted fat.
CoolSculpting® is the latest innovation in non-invasive alternatives to traditional plastic surgery procedures such as liposuction and tummy tucks.
CoolSculpting® is a safe, non-invasive, non-surgical procedure to reduce collections of unwanted fat in common trouble areas that tend to be diet and exercise resistant. Developed by Harvard scientists, the FDA-cleared, patented procedure uses a precise and controlled cooling technology that targets unwanted fat cells under the skin by freezing them to the point of crystallization. Once the fat cells are crystallized, they go through the process of fat cell death called apoptosis. The fat cells are then metabolized and eliminated from the body through the lymphatic system over the next several weeks to months. No damage is done to healthy tissue or the skin cells.
Also, because the procedure is non-invasive, there is no need for needles or anesthesia, no incisions, no pain, and no recovery time. Patients typically read, work on their laptops, listen to music, watch movies, or surf the internet on our large flat screen TV in our CoolSculpting® suite or simply relax or nap during the procedure. Each session lasts one hour and therefore can easily be fit into a lunch break. Patients typically find it easy to return to everyday activities immediately following the procedure.
We can’t wait to see you in our office!
As a safe and effective way to reduce fat in common trouble areas that have been resistant to diet and exercise, CoolSculpting® has been clinically shown to reduce fat in the treated areas. This alternative to liposuction is FDA cleared and is the only method of non-invasive fat reduction that uses this cooling method, which is backed by research conducted in affiliation with Harvard research scientists.
There have been prominent mentions of CoolSculpting® in these magazines below as well as many other publications.
The price of CoolSculpting® will vary depending on the extent of treatment necessary to achieve the desired appearance.

Women often come to the Kole Plastic Surgery Center asking to improve their figures and regain the confidence they once had in their bodies. The typical “problem” areas in women who are treated with CoolSculpting® are the upper and lower abdomen bulges, saddlebags of the outer thighs, inner thighs, and muffin tops, as well as the bra fat of the back. These areas are often the most difficult to improve with diet and exercise.
Following the CoolSculpting® procedure, many of Dr. Kole’s female patients have found that their jeans and skirts fit better, their favorite dress accentuates their curves that much more, and they feel more comfortable in their clothes. (And out of them too!)
Dr. Kole’s male patients find that CoolSculpting® presents a no-hassle, surgery-free liposuction alternative to reduce fat in common problem areas that stay around regardless of their weight and diet and exercise regimen.
The CoolSculpting® procedure is discreet with no incisions and can help men get rid of that abdomen spare tire and love handles that have gradually increased over the years. With CoolSculpting®, Dr. Edward Kole hopes to help his male patients feel more confident being shirtless on the beach or by the pool and help them regain their confidence, look and feel great, and stop the need for adding more notches in their belt.
The upper and lower abdomen can now be treated with the new CoolSculpting® large applicator. The large applicator treats approximately double to two and a half times the area that the smaller applicator treated.
The entire lower abdomen (below the belly button) in most cases will be treated with the large applicator. For treatment of the upper and lower abdomen at least two large CoolSculpting® cycles will be required.
Usually one CoolSculpting® treatment cycle per side with the small applicator is required. In larger fat deposits of the love handles and muffin top, two CoolSculpting® treatment cycles per side with the small applicator may be required to achieve optimum results.
Other areas of the body that can be treated include the inner and outer thighs, back, hips or “saddlebags”, bra fat, male breasts, etc.
These areas can be treated with the new flat applicator. These areas of the body vary widely in size and shape and require a consultation and treatment plan devised by Dr. Kole. The price is determined by the number of individual treatment cycles that are performed. Each treatment cycle takes approximately one hour to perform, and up to eight cycles can be performed in one day.
Each treatment will give at least a 20% and up to a 40% fat reduction for each of the areas treated. Most patients will desire anywhere from one to three treatments spaced out over several months.
Kole Plastic Surgery personally performs all of the CoolSculpting® evaluations and treatments.
CoolSculpting® is a fat reduction device that freezes fat and ultimately eliminates fat from the body. It is designed for spot reducing. It is FDA approved for fat reduction. CoolSculpting® can be used on the abdomen, love handles, and back. Depending on one’s body type, it can also be used on the arms, and even on excess fat on a man’s chest. Although some patients report weight loss following CoolSculpting®, it is a spot reducing procedure, rather than a weight loss procedure. Ideal candidates for CoolSculpting® are people looking for reduction of stubborn areas of fat. They are at or near a healthy weight and not significantly obese. Most healthy people with problem areas of fat can achieve great results from treatments with CoolSculpting®.
Studies have not been performed on pregnant women or people with compromised immune systems. Therefore, in the CoolSculpting® suite of Kole Plastic Surgery, we will not perform CoolSculpting® on people with the following conditions:

We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.
This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.
Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
If you’ve found a malfunction or have ideas for improvement, we’ll be happy to hear from you. You can reach out to the website’s operators by using the following email
Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs. There may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility, following technological advancements. For any assistance, please reach out to
