Kole Plastic Surgery Center Center provides rhinoplasty for the residents of Levittown, PA.
What Is Rhinoplasty?
Generally referred to as a “nose job,” this procedure changes the physical appearance or shape of the nose. Rhinoplasty is also performed for patients who have suffered an injury or other trauma to that area or who have breathing issues related to a deviated septum.
How Is Rhinoplasty Performed?
Two procedures are available depending on the needs of our clients. These preferences can be determined during a pre-surgery consultation. In the open approach, a small incision is made between the nostrils, which allows access to the entire cartilage framework. If necessary, that framework can be strengthened with a cartilage graft while also being sutured together. The closed approach makes no external incision and generally produces less extensive results.
